Choosing the winner:
The winner will be the person whose joke gets the most ‘like’ votes. You can vote for as many jokes as you like but you can only give each joke one like or dislike vote. The competition organizer reserves the right to reject votes it suspects are not genuine.
Announcing the winner
The winner will be announced on the 31st of January 2012. The winner will be informed personally and they agree their name can be used in future marketing related to arranging future competitions.
Responsibilities and rights:
By sending Yo Daddy-jokes to the competition page the sender grants the organizer the right to publish it both online and in printed media. The competition organizer reserves the right not to publish jokes it deems unsuitable for the competition for whatever reason. The competition organizer further reserves the right to use and publish all jokes submitted for the purposes of its own marketing.
